With extensive experience and direct access to capital markets, he founded SUNIN PARTNERS, INC., a boutique investment and consulting firm collaborating with family offices and private equity firms in Korea.
Jay's expertise in real estate and finance includes over 20 years of managing companies in the U.S. overseeing real estate transactions exceeding $180 million, and securing a $60 million mixed-use development project in California funded by Korea Capital. Previously, Jay co-founded Transform Group Korea, a subsidiary of Transform Group, a leading firm specializing in blockchain public relations, advisory, events, and social media. Transform Group has successfully launched over 150 tokens, representing more than 57% of the total cryptocurrency market capitalization. Additionally, Jay has held junior and senior roles at Fortune 500 companies such as Bank of America, Johnson Controls, and Westinghouse Electric Corporation. He holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington.
Ellen Lee brings over 15 years of expertise in residential real estate financing and investment consulting. Before joining SUNIN PARTNERS, she founded Monywide Lending, Inc., a firm specializing in mortgage brokerage, small business finance, and commercial lending. Through this venture, she developed extensive knowledge of real estate debt products, residual value analysis, business financial modeling, and market trends. Ellen’s vast experience, combined with her passion for relationship-building, enables her to provide exceptional real estate investment consulting and advisory services
David specializes in international business development and management, with a focus on fostering strong business relationships between South Korea and North America. He has successfully led over 50 international joint ventures and collaboration projects between South Korean and North American companies and has provided more than 100 business development consulting services. David's experience spans both the public and private sectors, having worked with organizations such as Samsung, Ventree, Conversay, and KITECH (Korea Institute of Industrial Technology). He holds a degree in Chemistry from the University of Washington.
